Located in the city of Mission Viejo, California near Southern Orange County’s beautiful Saddleback Valley, Palmia is nestled halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego. Our closest neighbors are Laguna Hills and the California Riviera coastal communities from Dana Point and Laguna Beach to Newport Beach.

The Community

This community incorporates the lifestyle amenities desired by many residents.  One can be as busy & involved as meets their preferences.   Although buyers need not be 55+ to purchase a home within Palmia, at least one resident must meet the age qualification.
