Palmia is a master planned community specifically designed to meet the needs of active seniors age 55 and over. This community incorporates the lifestyle amenities desired by active residents. One member of each household must be age 55 or over.

Palmia is considered to be one of the premier gate guarded private communities for seniors age 55 and over in Southern California. Developed on 211 acres of the former Rancho Mission Viejo, this community now comprises approximately 900 detached and attached homes built by several of the regions most highly regarded home builders – J.M. Entrance to Palmia is through two staffed security gates only. Additionally, mobile units patrol the community 24 hours a day.
